I restored a 1920's Spanish style home in Florida and created this very popular Welcome area. This Moroccan tile is literally single pieces! The Spanish Style front door was a huge hit! Our Cat here in the chair sure loved this Spot! I always try and create a instant charm from the very front of any project. It's a great place to be creative too!

Three rooms to ONE LOVE of a KITCHEN. This former 1980's galley kitchen with large wall separating a dining room and eat in area became one large space anyone would love to HOST guests and entertain in.

Love Modern with a flair Asian twist?This renovation has it all! Once a dark green tile walled shower and soaking garden tub, is now a bright, luxurious SPA retreat. You absolutely feel like you are on vacation in this gorgeous (at home) getaway!

…to appreciate how much was done here. NONE of this existed when I purchased this early 1920's Arts and Crafts home. The home ended where this range is and this was a back porch! This home is the favorite of many . AND this cooking utensil drawer I created- I really wish I had that NOW! Love this house!

1984 CALLING! This was 4 different rooms. I redesigned this to become one large open space which opened to an amazing pool area. The Island is 137" long and double cabinets deep- There are double wine fridges and a HIDDEN butlers pantry complete with copper sink and second dishwasher. The entire space was designed. The project SOLD in one day and broke the sales record for the neighborhood by over 25%! Long before that was the Norm. This is truly a great house.

This custom designed cabinet to showcase this beautiful sink, soap stone countertops and brass faucet was the perfect touch for this 100 Year old restoration turned "modern " with Wolf range, Sub Zero Fridge and Thermidor double ovens. Blending New conveniences with the Old Charm, IS what we love to do!

From tiny bathroom (with a blue hot tub, walls of mirrors and no window!) to this amazing LUXURY MARBLE RETREAT. This is by far one of the favorites of most people who see all of our transformations. You will have to check out our Before & After page to really appreciate this extreme transformation. I moved walls from the tiny bathroom, two small closets and a hallway to create "house selling" SPA oasis.

PARIS trips and Versailles was in the inspiration behind this "Builder Grade" bathroom transformation. From light oak cabinets, strange built-ins and a typical sunken garden tub- this beautiful black marble floor, art deco standing tub and 137" long granite countertop, this is completely a different space!

NOT OUR Project but as I serve on the Historic Preservation Advisory Committer this is This is worth sharing! The FAMOUS KELLOGG Mansion located in Dunedin, Florida was once a BEAUTIFUL tropical paradise, Built in 1925 with amazing features like this hand painted wall, what a beauty! Sadly, was demolished in 2020 to make room for a new home.

As to not be boring, and with limited space we created this feature wall for a wall mounted tub filler. This beautiful floral tile is the same accent tile we used in the adjacent shower. I love adding detail and especially in a bathroom!
