L inda Pierce Boosinger is a construction and planning consultant with decades of real-world experience shaping outcomes where failure is not theoretical — it is financial, legal, and public. Her work includes rebuilding flood-damaged communities, saving endangered historic properties, and leading the drafting and implementation of land-development and preservation ordinances that expanded housing options and generated more than $20 million in documented economic impact.
She has served in government-appointed, semi-judicial roles, including Chair of a Historic Preservation Advisory Board, where she guided policy, Certificates of Appropriateness (COAs), and complex land-use decisions inside regulated approval environments. Linda operates where planning, zoning, permitting, funding, and construction intersect — because she has worked on both sides of the table.
